Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major international credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment options or bank transfers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected during every transaction.

All our jewelry and gemstone orders are securely packed and shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking information provided. We use tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted under specific conditions. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Your invoice will be sent automatically via email after the order is confirmed. A printed copy is also included in the package.

Domestic orders typically take 3–5 working days. International orders may take 7–12 working days depending on your location and customs clearance.

If a product in your order has an extended delivery time and you wish to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll assist with cancellation or suggest an alternative.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges depend on the destination and order value. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders. Shipping costs will be clearly shown before checkout.

We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under valid conditions. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective. For complaints, reach out to our support team, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Within Hong Kong: 2–4 working days

  • International Orders: 7–12 working days depending on location and customs clearance
    We provide tracking for all orders to keep you updated on the delivery status.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. We will begin processing your order immediately. After the item is carefully packaged, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation once it’s dispatched.

Yes, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you shortly after your purchase is confirmed. A printed invoice is also included in the package for your records.

If any part of your order shows a longer delivery time and you wish to cancel it, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has not yet been shipped, we’ll process your cancellation and refund accordingly. If already shipped, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
